PAS CU PAS
Under development

PAS CU PAS is under development. The app and platform are not yet available for use, and the app is not yet available for download. We're working on bringing the experience to life.

Descriptions of Challenges, Wallets, withdrawals, Shields, referrals, GPS verification and Prize Pools on this website show how PAS CU PAS is designed to work. They are not confirmation that these functions are available today.

The Pas cu Pas Handbook

The complete rulebook behind every Challenge Level, Badge, Shield and Prize Pool — public before you ever join.

Official Pas cu Pas Handbook

Version 1.0

Welcome to PAS CU PAS

PAS CU PAS is built around one simple idea:

Keep your word.

Every month, you choose a personal challenge. Every session, you show up. At the end of the month, you either kept your commitment — or you didn’t.

This Handbook explains exactly how PAS CU PAS works: how progress is measured, how rewards are earned, and what happens when you succeed — or when you don’t.

The Monthly Journey

Every PAS CU PAS month follows the same cycle. You may enroll at any point before enrollment closes (see Monthly Enrollment below). The moment you purchase a Challenge, it begins immediately for you. All required sessions must still be completed before the last day of that month. You may complete multiple sessions in the same day.

  1. 1

    Choose your Challenge Level

Every month begins with a choice — from Path to Peak. You choose and purchase your Challenge on the Platform website.

  2. 2

    Complete your sessions

Complete every required walking or running session before the end of the month.

  3. 3

    Verification

Each completed activity is verified by PAS CU PAS before it counts.

  4. 4

    Monthly result

Your month resolves as a success or a failure, and a new month begins.

Every month is a new opportunity to keep your word.

Eligibility

PAS CU PAS is available to users who are at least 18 years old. By creating a PAS CU PAS account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Monthly Enrollment

You may only purchase the current calendar month’s PAS CU PAS Challenge. A purchase never applies to future months, and there is no automatic recurring billing.

Enrollment closes at 23:59 (Official Pas cu Pas Server Time) on the 25th day of every calendar month. After enrollment closes, new users must wait until the 1st day of the following month to join the next Challenge.

The moment a Challenge is purchased, it immediately begins for that user.

The Platform: Website & Android App

The PAS CU PAS Platform has two parts — the Platform website and the Platform Android app — with distinct roles.

On the Platform website, you:

  • Register and manage your account, where applicable
  • Choose, purchase and enroll in your monthly Challenge, and pay for it
  • View and manage your Commitment Wallet, Prize Wallet and Referral Wallet
  • Enter a referral code when purchasing a Challenge, and see referral information and any rewards once the referral programme launches
  • Purchase an additional Shield using Referral Wallet balance
  • Request withdrawals of eligible withdrawable balances and follow their status
  • Review your financial transaction history

In the Platform Android app, you:

  • Track your walking and running sessions with GPS and step counting
  • Have your activity verified and synchronized with our servers
  • See your Challenge Level, status, targets and progress
  • See your session history, statistics, Badges and Streaks
  • See your Shield status and earned Shields
  • See your Commitment Wallet, Prize Wallet and Referral Wallet balances, for information only
  • See information about available rewards and your account status

The Platform Android app is a performance tracker. You cannot purchase a Challenge, enter a referral code, purchase a Shield, request a withdrawal, redeem a referral reward or carry out any other financial or commercial action in it. These actions are available only on the Platform website.

Challenge Levels

Every month begins with a choice. You decide how challenging you want this month to be. Challenge Levels determine the number of sessions required, the minimum steps for each session, which Prize Pools you’re eligible to participate in, and your Contribution Weight within every Prize Pool you qualify for.

Challenge LevelSessions / MonthMinimum Steps / Session
Path85,000
Trail125,000
Climb167,000
Ascent187,000
Summit2010,000
Peak2215,000

You may choose any Challenge Level every month. Changing your Challenge Level never affects your streak, badge or previous achievements — it simply changes the difficulty of your next monthly commitment.

Contribution Weight

Each Challenge Level has a Contribution Weight, which determines how large your share of an eligible Prize Pool will be. Higher Challenge Levels require greater commitment throughout the month, so they receive a proportionally larger share of any Prize Pool they qualify for.

Challenge LevelContribution Weight
Path1.00
Trail1.10
Climb1.20
Ascent1.30
Summit1.45
Peak1.60

Contribution Weight only affects how a Prize Pool is divided. It never affects your Badge, your Streak, or your eligibility for a Prize Pool — those are determined independently.

Activities & Sessions

PAS CU PAS Version 1.0 supports two activities: walking and running. Walking and running are treated equally — PAS CU PAS does not reward athletic ability. It rewards consistency.

A session is considered valid only if it satisfies all required conditions:

  • Completed outdoors
  • Meets the minimum step requirement for your selected Challenge Level
  • Verified by PAS CU PAS
  • Completed before the end of the monthly challenge

Sessions that do not meet these requirements are not counted toward your monthly progress.

Walk if you walk. Run if you run. The distance doesn’t matter. The speed doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is that you keep the promise you made to yourself.

Success & Failure

Every month ends in one of two ways. You either complete your commitment, or you don’t. Everything that happens inside PAS CU PAS is based on that result.

A successful month

  • Your monthly commitment is marked as completed
  • Your current streak increases by one month
  • Your refundable Commitment Deposit is returned to your Commitment Wallet
  • Your progress is recorded permanently
  • You may unlock a new Badge or Prize Pool

A failed month

  • If available, a Pas cu Pas Shield is automatically consumed — your streak, Badge and Challenge Level stay protected
  • Your Commitment Deposit is refunded to your Commitment Wallet during monthly settlement, but you won't receive a Prize Pool reward for that month
  • Without an available Shield, your streak returns to zero and your Badge drops one level
  • Without an available Shield, your refundable Commitment Deposit is forfeited
  • Without an available Shield, you lose access to all Prize Pools until your streak rebuilds

Your historical achievements always remain visible in your profile.

Pas cu Pas Shields

Pas cu Pas Shields protect your long-term progress when life gets in the way. A Shield is automatically consumed if you fail a monthly challenge while a Shield is available — no activation required. When a Shield is consumed, your streak, your Badge, and your chosen Challenge Level are all preserved, your qualification for future Prize Pools stays intact, and your refundable Commitment Deposit is refunded to your Commitment Wallet during monthly settlement. However, you are not eligible to receive a Prize Pool reward for the month in which the Shield was consumed. Only one Shield is consumed per failed month.

A Shield protects your progress. It does not replace a completed commitment.

Earning Shields

You receive one Shield when reaching Silver Badge or Elite Badge. You may also purchase one additional Shield per calendar year. It can be purchased only on the Platform website, using Referral Wallet balance only — no other payment method is available. A user can never hold more than two active Shields — any newly earned Shield beyond that is forfeited.

Badges

Badges recognise long-term consistency. They represent the highest level of consistency you’ve achieved in PAS CU PAS, and are earned automatically by maintaining consecutive successful months.

BadgeRequirement
Bronze2 consecutive successful months
Silver4 consecutive successful months
Gold6 consecutive successful months
Elite8 consecutive successful months

If you fail without an available Shield, your Badge is reduced by one level: Elite → Gold, Gold → Silver, Silver → Bronze, Bronze → No Badge. Your highest Badge ever achieved always remains visible in your profile. Badges unlock once the month officially ends.

Prize Pools

Prize Pools reward users who maintain consistent commitments over time. Unlike Badges, Prize Pool eligibility depends on both your current consecutive streak and your selected Challenge Level for the current month. Badges and Prize Pools are independent systems.

Bronze Reward

2 consecutive successful months

A guaranteed €10 reward, paid directly by PAS CU PAS. Available to every Challenge Level.

Silver Prize Pool

4 consecutive successful months

Available to every Challenge Level. Eligible users receive a share based on their Challenge Level's Contribution Weight.

Gold Prize Pool

6 consecutive successful months, at Climb level or higher

Eligible users receive a share based on their Challenge Level's Contribution Weight.

Elite Prize Pool

8 consecutive successful months, at Ascent level or higher

Eligible users receive a share based on their Challenge Level's Contribution Weight.

Gold and Elite Prize Pools require higher Challenge Levels because they are intended to reward users who maintain consistency while taking on greater commitments. Within every pool, each eligible user’s share is sized by their Challenge Level’s Contribution Weight — never split equally. The reward always follows the consistency — never the other way around.

Pas cu Pas Wallet

Your Pas cu Pas Wallet is made up of three separate balances. Each has its own purpose and rules, and funds cannot be moved from one to another.

Commitment Wallet

The Commitment Wallet shows only the amount you have actually received back and currently hold as available funds. It does not show a Commitment Deposit you have paid as though it had already been returned.

Commitment Deposit refunds are credited here. Commitment Deposits you pay, and deposits held during a Challenge, are recorded separately by PAS CU PAS and are returned or forfeited under the rules described in Success & Failure and Purchase & Funding.

Available Commitment Wallet funds can be withdrawn and can be used to purchase future monthly enrollments once enrollment for those months becomes available, in each case through the Platform website. Commitment Deposits still held for an active Challenge are not available for withdrawal or spending.

Prize Wallet

The Prize Wallet holds the cash rewards you earn: Bronze Rewards, and Silver, Gold and Elite Prize Pool rewards. Eligible Prize Wallet balances can be withdrawn through the Platform website. Prize Wallet funds cannot be used to purchase Challenges or Shields.

Referral Wallet

The Referral Wallet holds rewards earned through the referral programme. It is not cash: Referral Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn, transferred to the Commitment Wallet or Prize Wallet, converted into cash or used to purchase Challenges. They can be used only to purchase eligible Shields on the Platform website.

A referral code can be entered only when purchasing a Challenge on the Platform website. The referral programme and the Referral Wallet are being prepared for launch and are not yet operational.

Where Wallet Actions Happen

All Wallet actions — purchases, Shield purchases and withdrawals — take place on the Platform website. The Platform Android app displays your Commitment Wallet, Prize Wallet and Referral Wallet balances for information only.

Withdrawing Wallet Funds

Withdrawals are requested and managed on the Platform website. They cannot be requested in the Platform Android app. Only eligible withdrawable balances can be withdrawn: available Commitment Wallet funds and eligible Prize Wallet funds. Commitment Deposits still held for an active Challenge cannot be withdrawn, and Referral Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests require approval by the PAS CU PAS team.

  1. You submit a withdrawal request through the Platform website.
  2. The PAS CU PAS team reviews the request and approves or rejects it.
  3. Following approval, we obtain the payment details needed from you.
  4. SART CREATIVE TRADING SRL pays the approved amount directly from its company bank account, as soon as reasonably possible once approved.
  5. The transaction and its status are recorded and made available to you.

An account can only be deleted when the Commitment Wallet and Prize Wallet balances are zero (Referral Wallet credit is not counted), there is no active Challenge, and there is no pending withdrawal. An active Challenge is the Challenge Level selected when a Challenge is purchased; every Challenge ends at the end of the calendar month. Any remaining Commitment Wallet and Prize Wallet funds must therefore be withdrawn first. Deleting an account does not itself pay out or transfer a Wallet balance. Any Referral Wallet credit that remains when deletion is completed is forfeited and is not paid out or transferred. Account deletion requests are handled manually. Once a request is processed, a 30-day pending-deletion period begins, and logging in through either the Platform website or the Platform Android app during that period cancels the pending deletion.

Wallet History

Every financial transaction related to your Wallets — including Challenge purchases, Commitment Deposit refunds, Bronze Rewards, Silver/Gold/Elite Prize Pool rewards, referral rewards, Shield purchases, and withdrawals — is permanently recorded and available in your account on the Platform website. You can review your complete Wallet transaction history at any time.

Purchase & Funding

Every Challenge Level has its own monthly purchase price. You purchase your Challenge on the Platform website; it cannot be purchased in the Platform Android app. A referral code can be entered only when purchasing a Challenge on the Platform website. Each purchase is made up of three parts: a Platform Fee, a Refundable Commitment Deposit, and the Total Cost. The Platform Fee gives you access to PAS CU PAS and supports its continued development. The Commitment Deposit is not a fee — it is your personal commitment to completing the challenge you selected. If you succeed, it is fully refunded to your Commitment Wallet. If you fail while a PAS CU PAS Shield is available, it is refunded to your Commitment Wallet instead of being forfeited. If you fail without an available Shield, it is forfeited.

Challenge LevelPlatform FeeRefundable DepositTotal Cost
Path€10€15€25
Trail€15€25€40
Climb€20€40€60
Ascent€30€60€90
Summit€40€85€125
Peak€50€110€160

Cancelling a Challenge

PAS CU PAS does not use automatic recurring billing, so there is no subscription to cancel. A Challenge you have purchased is a commitment for that month. You cannot cancel it simply by ceasing to use the Platform. Once a monthly Challenge has started, the Platform Fee remains non-refundable (except where a refund or withdrawal is required by applicable law or expressly provided for in the Refund Policy), your Commitment Deposit remains governed by the outcome of that month’s Challenge, and ceasing to use the Platform does not exempt you from the Challenge. If the Challenge is not completed successfully, your Commitment Deposit is forfeited according to the normal Success & Failure rules. No further charge is made unless you purchase another Challenge.

Monthly Settlement

Monthly settlement takes place on the 1st day of every month, at Official Pas cu Pas Server Time. During settlement, PAS CU PAS automatically processes Commitment Deposit refunds, Bronze Rewards, Silver/Gold/Elite Prize Pool distribution, Pas cu Pas Shield processing, and Wallet credits.

How Prize Pools Are Funded

During Monthly Settlement: Platform Fees are used to operate and improve PAS CU PAS. Commitment Deposits are refunded to the Wallet of every user who succeeded. Users who failed without an available Shield forfeit their Commitment Deposit; users protected by a Shield have their deposit refunded to their Wallet instead. PAS CU PAS pays all guaranteed Bronze Rewards. The remaining amount becomes PAS CU PAS’s monthly profit — and thirty percent (30%) of that profit is allocated to the monthly Prize Pools:

Prize PoolAllocation
Silver25%
Gold35%
Elite40%

Each Prize Pool is then divided among eligible participants according to their Contribution Weight. Higher Challenge Levels receive proportionally larger shares because they require greater monthly commitment.

Example

An Elite Prize Pool contains €10,000, split between 50 Ascent users (Contribution Weight 1.30), 20 Summit users (Contribution Weight 1.45) and 10 Peak users (Contribution Weight 1.60). The pool is divided according to the total Contribution Weight of all eligible participants — so every eligible participant receives a reward, and users who chose higher Challenge Levels receive proportionally larger rewards because they contributed through a more demanding monthly commitment.

Fraud Review

If PAS CU PAS detects suspicious activity on an account, the following process applies:

  1. 1.Suspicious activity is detected.
  2. 2.Monthly settlement for that user is temporarily paused.
  3. 3.The account enters review.
  4. 4.The user is contacted and may be asked to provide additional information.
  5. 5.The user has 14 calendar days to respond.
  6. 6.The PAS CU PAS team reviews the evidence.
  7. 7.If fraud is not confirmed, settlement proceeds normally.
  8. 8.If fraud is confirmed: that month's Commitment Deposit is forfeited, any Prize Pool reward for that month is forfeited, and the account is suspended.
  9. 9.If the requested information is not provided within 14 calendar days, the suspension becomes permanent.

A flag starts a review. It does not by itself mean that fraud occurred.

Where fraud is established

PAS CU PAS may apply permanent suspension and forfeit or reverse the amounts, rewards, and credits attributable to the fraud: the Commitment Deposit for each affected month, any Bronze Reward or Prize Pool reward, and any Referral Wallet credit obtained fraudulently or improperly. This applies even if the fraud is discovered after the Challenge was settled or after a reward was credited, withdrawn, or used, subject to applicable law.

If the user does not respond

The suspension becomes permanent. Not responding is not itself proof that fraud occurred, but the Commitment Deposit and any Prize Pool reward for the month under review are forfeited as if fraud had been established for that month. Other balances are not forfeited merely because the user did not respond.

Wallets

  • Commitment Wallet — funds already returned and available are not forfeited merely because of a flag, a review, or a permanent suspension for failure to respond. A refund obtained through proven fraud may be reversed. Commitment Deposits still held for a Challenge are handled under the Challenge rules and the outcome of the review.
  • Prize Wallet — rewards attributable to proven fraud may be forfeited or reversed.
  • Referral Wallet — credits obtained fraudulently or improperly may be reversed under the referral programme rules.

Forfeiture and reversal apply to what is attributable to the fraud or to the matter under review, not automatically to every balance in every Wallet.

Statistics & Transparency

PAS CU PAS records every commitment you make. Your profile includes:

  • Current Challenge Level
  • Current Streak
  • Longest Streak
  • Current Badge
  • Highest Badge Achieved
  • Sessions Completed
  • Total Steps
  • Total Distance
  • Monthly Success Rate
  • Prize Pool History
  • Rewards Earned

Your statistics represent your journey. They cannot be edited or manually changed.

Transparency

Transparency is one of PAS CU PAS’s core principles. Users can always see:

  • Current Prize Pool values
  • Number of eligible participants in each Prize Pool
  • Total rewards distributed
  • Personal reward history
  • Current Badge
  • Current Streak
  • Shield inventory

PAS CU PAS never hides how rewards are calculated. Every user should understand exactly how every reward is earned.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my Challenge Level?
Yes. You choose your Challenge Level at the beginning of every month.
Does changing Challenge Level reset my streak?
No. Challenge Level and Streak are independent systems.
What happens if I miss one session?
Your monthly challenge fails unless you have an available Pas cu Pas Shield.
Can I use more than one Shield?
Only one Shield can protect a failed month. Any remaining Shields stay in your inventory.
Can I own more than two Shields?
No. Two active Shields is the maximum. Any additional earned Shield is forfeited.
Is there a subscription to cancel?
No. PAS CU PAS does not use automatic recurring billing — you purchase each monthly Challenge yourself. A purchased Challenge is a commitment for that month, and ceasing to use the Platform does not cancel it. Your Platform Fee remains non-refundable except where a refund or withdrawal is required by applicable law or expressly provided for in the Refund Policy, and your Commitment Deposit is still governed by the outcome of that month's Challenge under the normal Success & Failure rules. Your historical statistics remain permanently recorded for as long as your account exists.
What happens if enrollment closes before I join?
Enrollment for each month closes at 23:59 (Official Pas cu Pas Server Time) on the 25th day of that month. If you have not enrolled by then, you must wait until the 1st day of the following month to join the next Challenge.
Can I withdraw my Wallet balance?
Yes, for eligible withdrawable balances (available Commitment Wallet funds and eligible Prize Wallet funds). Withdrawal requests are submitted on the Platform website; they cannot be made in the Platform Android app. Referral Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn. The PAS CU PAS team reviews each request and approves or rejects it. If a request is approved, we ask you for the payment details needed, and SART CREATIVE TRADING SRL pays the approved amount directly from its company bank account as soon as reasonably possible.
Where do I purchase a Challenge, and what does the Platform Android app do?
You purchase and enroll in your monthly Challenge on the Platform website. The Platform Android app is a performance tracker: it tracks and verifies your sessions and shows your Challenge progress, statistics, Shield status and Wallet balances for information only. Purchases, referral-code entry, Shield purchases and withdrawals are not available in the app.
How do I buy an additional Shield?
An additional Shield (one per calendar year, up to a maximum of two active Shields) is purchased on the Platform website, using Referral Wallet balance only. No cash payment or other payment method is available for Shields, and Commitment Wallet and Prize Wallet balances cannot be used to buy them. Referral Wallet balance comes from the referral programme, which is being prepared for launch and is not yet operational.
Can I use my Prize Wallet to buy a Challenge or a Shield?
No. Prize Wallet funds are withdrawable cash rewards, and cannot be used to purchase Challenges or Shields.
What is the Referral Wallet?
The Referral Wallet holds rewards earned through the referral programme. It is not cash: its funds cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another Wallet, converted into cash or used to purchase Challenges. They can be used only to purchase eligible Shields on the Platform website. The referral programme is being prepared for launch and is not yet operational.
What happens to my Referral Wallet credit if I delete my account?
A Referral Wallet balance does not prevent you from deleting your account. However, if your account deletion is completed, any Referral Wallet credit that remains is forfeited. It is not paid out or transferred. You are told this before you confirm a deletion request.
What happens if my account is flagged for fraud?
Monthly settlement for your account is temporarily paused while it is reviewed. You will be contacted and may be asked to provide additional information, and you have 14 calendar days to respond. If fraud is not confirmed, settlement proceeds normally. If fraud is confirmed, that month's Commitment Deposit and any Prize Pool reward for that month are forfeited, and the account is suspended. If the requested information is not provided within 14 calendar days, the suspension becomes permanent, and the Commitment Deposit and any Prize Pool reward for the month under review are forfeited. If fraud is established, the amounts, rewards, and credits attributable to it may be forfeited or reversed, even if it is discovered after settlement. A fraud flag alone does not forfeit funds already returned to your Commitment Wallet, and forfeiture does not automatically apply to every balance in every Wallet.

Pas cu Pas Principles

PAS CU PAS was never built to create better athletes. It was built to help people become more consistent. Walking and running are simply the first expression of that philosophy.

Every feature inside PAS CU PAS exists for one purpose: to help you keep your word.

Now you know every rule.
